MHB coordinates bulk maize meal sourcing through a South African processing partner, targeting wholesale buyers and distributors across Southern Africa.

• Target markets: Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, Mozambique, Eswatini, Lesotho and other suitable regional destinations, subject to supplier coverage and import requirements.
• Supply arrangements: Product specifications, packaging, minimum quantities, pricing and delivery options confirmed according to each enquiry.
• Trade support: Coordination between the supplier and buyer for quotations, documentation and cross-border delivery arrangements.

Our wider sourcing portfolio includes South African Rooibos and selected industrial jute products from Bangladesh, subject to product specifications and supplier availability.

🏦INTERNATIONAL TRADE & PROCUREMENT SUPPORT

We coordinate transactions according to the agreed commercial terms and the requirements of the relevant suppliers and buyers.

• Payment arrangements: Letters of Credit at Sight (L/C) or bank-to-bank Telegraphic Transfers (T/T), subject to supplier acceptance and the agreed contract.
• Quality inspection: Independent pre-shipment inspection through recognised inspection providers, such as SGS or Bureau Veritas, where requested and agreed.
• Export documentation: Coordination of applicable commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates and other documents required for the product and destination.
• Shipping terms: FOB, CIF or other agreed arrangements, depending on the origin, supplier capabilities and destination.
