Mikuni Seikyo is based in Osaka, Japan, with factories both in Osaka and Shanghai, China. With 75 years of experience working with glass and supplying to some of the biggest names, Mikuni is best known in the cosmetics industry for using a vacuumed aluminum application process as early as the 1970s. This process eliminated the use of lead, copper and ammonia used in traditional silver mirrors, thus making our product Eco Friendly long before the term was well known. More recently, as glass technology improved to accommodate the needs for video quality electronics, Mikuni Seikyo applied this new, ultra clear glass in its design of cosmetic mirrors. By taking advantage of the advances in glass technology Mikuni mirrors have become the gold standard in the mirror and glass industry.
