For over 40 years Monica & Grossi has been producing and selling PDO Parma hams and cooked hams. It also sells San Daniele Raw ham, smoked ham, typical speck, culatta and culatello with rind. We select the best top quality Italian pork, worked by long-established master delicatessen butchers. The ham has been dried in ventilated premises that enjoy the ideal climate of Langhirano. All the charcuterie by Monica & Grossi are free from allergens, GMOs and are gluten free.
