To give you a brief about the operations of our Group, We are part of the Rs. 120 crore Adheswara group of companies based in Chennai. Our parent company, Mahaveer Surfactants Private Limited are one of the leading and largest manufacturer of LABSA-90% in the southern part of India with the manufacturing base at Pondicherry. We hold almost 65% market share in the southern Region of India and are catering to some of the largest Detergent manufacturers down South. Our group company S. S. Alum Pvt Ltd, based in the outskirts of Chennai are one among the largest manufacturers and exporters of ALUMINIUM SULPHATE also known as ALUM (application in water puification & sewerage treatment, sizing of paper, clarifying agent for fats and oil, foaming agent in fire foams etc) Adheswara Chemicals Pvt Ltd. , manufactures and exports MAGNESIUM SULPHATE HEPTAHYDRATE also known as Epsom Salt (application in Agriculture as a micro nutrient, Dietary supplement in Animal health & feed, Refractories, Ceramic manufacture, paper industry etc) . Our plant is getting ready for the manufacture of SULPHUR and we will be in the market in a months time Having consolidated our manufacturing activities, we had entered trading activities a decade ago. With an excellent Sales Team in place covering the entire southern region, we started trading and exporting in SULPHURIC ACID & HYDROCHLORIC ACID representing Sterlite Ltd & TPL Ltd as Distributors. At present we also trade in LIQUID GLUCOSE (appl in Food & Pharma) ACETIC ACID (appl in Textiles, Food) ETHYL ACETATE, MAIZE STARCH and IPA. We own 25 MS tankers to transport our Chemicals in order to avoid Pilferage and provide timely delivery. We intend exporting POTASSIUM FELDSPAR and QUARTZ (application in Ceramics) to the Middle East and Malaysia very shortly. We have recently begun to explore the overseas markets for LABSA and are in touch with a hand full of companies in Pakistan, Bangla Desh, Egypt, Srilanka, Vietnam, Turkey, RSA and Myanmar.
