BURAM founded by Hac&＃305; Ahmet Manav and Sons, has been producing fully natural honey, halva and jam products under healthy and hygienic conditions since 1954. Accomplishing its pine and flower-honey production by locating the beehives on mountains and plateaus in harmony with climate and season, BURAM offers a wide selection of honey products such as eucalyptur, sage, citrus fruits, thyme, comb honey, honey with nuts and creamed honey. BURAM has been accredited by TSE with the ISO 9002 RW-T?V certification, as a result of its superior quality, hygienic and healthy production practices. In year 2002 a new production line for halva, sesame paste and grape syrup has been installed in order to extend the range of BURAM's production such as; halva with vanillin, halva with pistachio and halva with cacao. In year 2003, with the significant demand of its customers, BURAM added jam and olive oil products to its product scale. In 1993, BURAM decided to go towards brand management instead of continuing as a contracted producer and started to process for being a trademark by the establishment of packaging and marketing units. Presently this process is maintained with an increasing volume due to successful marketing activities in the domestic market and abroad. Today facing the year 2004, BURAM is content to head on its long journey of becoming a global trademark.
