Commercial & Payment Terms:

Available payment structures, subject to supplier confirmation and mutual agreement, include:

• Irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) at sight

• Transferable Letter of Credit (LC)

• Advance payment for direct manufacturer contracts, where applicable

Delivery arrangements may include FCA, DAP, and CIF terms, depending on product availability, destination, and logistics.
