A new trade business based in Guinea-Bissau, with only a verified account email and no phone or document verification, is unusual for a supplier targeting established markets like Vietnam and India. Offering raw cashew nuts — a high-demand product in Asian food processing — from a country with limited export infrastructure suggests a potential gap in supply chain visibility. The fact that the company is just starting in 2024 raises questions about its operational readiness and track record. Buyers should verify the business's physical presence and logistics capabilities before placing orders. While the origin country has some cashew production, its export history is not well documented, so buyers may face challenges in confirming quality or delivery consistency. A verified email is a small step toward trust, but without phone or document verification, due diligence remains limited. This setup could be a risk for buyers needing reliable, long-term sourcing.
