About Us Mittal Dyes and Chemicals was established in 1974 with a vision to provide superior quality colorants to various end use industries. The company manufactures organic pigments, inorganic pigments and basic dyes at its plant located at Sahibabad in the National Capital Region of Delhi. Since its inception the company has grown to become a reliable name in the dyes and pigment industry with numerous satisfied customers in India and abroad. Products Organic Pigments:Phthalocyanine Alpha Blue (PB 15:0, PB 15:1)Phthalocyanine Beta Blue (PB 15:3)Inorganic Pigments:Middle Chrome (PY 34)Lemon Chrome (PY 34)Scarlet Chrome (PR 104)Dyes:Malachite Green Powder/Liquid/Crystals (Basic Green 4)Diamond Green Crystals (Basic Green 1)Bismark Brown R (Basic Brown)Infrastructure & Network The manufacturing facility is located on a sprawling 90,000 sq ft plot at UPSIDC's Sahibabad Industrial Estate in the National Capital Region of Delhi. The strategic location of the plant enables us to cater to customers across the country efficiently. The plant is equipped with MS, SS and glass lined reactors to carry out complex and corrosive reactions like chlorination, sulphonation and oxidation. Quality We are totally committed to maintaining the most stringent quality standards for our products. The endeavour is to provide consistent quality at competitive prices to highly quality conscious customers. All the products are evaluated on various end use applications before dispatch in our in-house application laboratory. R&D The company has a very well equipped R&D laboratory with highly experienced technical staff who are constantly working to develop new products and improve on existing technologies. All new products and processes are validated in the laboratory and pilot plant before being taken to commercial production EnvironmentWe have a captive ETP in the premises to treat approx 100KL of waste water every day. We are also working on developing environment friendly production processes to reduce water and power consumption.
