My Clay

My Clay is newly established, having operated since 2023, which means they may not yet have a long track record with international buyers. Being headquartered in India gives them access to a growing ceramics and clay market, with potential for cost-effective production. Their verified phone number adds a layer of trust, allowing buyers to contact them directly for urgent questions or orders. However, the lack of verification on their work email, account email, and business documents raises concerns about legitimacy and transparency. Buyers should request additional proof, such as a company registration or invoice, before placing large orders. This is common for new suppliers, but it increases the risk of miscommunication or non-delivery. Always confirm details before committing to any purchase.
