Most suppliers in the horticulture and agro-products space offer clear payment terms and verified contact details, which helps buyers plan budgets and verify legitimacy. This supplier, based in Sri Lanka, has only verified their account email, which is a basic step but still shows some level of professionalism. The lack of verified phone and documents raises a red flag — buyers should request additional proof before placing large orders. Payment and incoterm terms being 'to be discussed' means buyers will need to negotiate terms, which can delay decision-making and increase risk. Targeting markets like Australia, Germany, and Ghana suggests demand for high-quality, sustainable plant-based inputs, especially in organic or eco-friendly farming. Coco peat, herbs, and spices are in high demand in these regions, where buyers value natural, non-GMO, and traceable products. Without clear logistics or pricing, buyers may need to conduct more due diligence to ensure reliability and compliance with local regulations.
