COMPANY PROFILE Product Range:We manufacture the following range of products in our factory:Transmission Gears Module 1.25 to 5 Module with dia ranging from 20 mm to 350 mm.Shafts Length up to 700 mm. Straight Bevel Gears O.D. Minimum 45 mm to Maximum 220 mm, Module 8.Capabilities: We can manufacture as per Din standards upto Quality 7 in soft & Quality 8 in fully finished stage.Quality Certification:We are an ISO/TS: 16949 certified company from AQSR, USA.Salient Features of Manufacturing / Other Facilities:Manufacturing Style and Scope of Present Operations:Batch Production style of manufacturing. Presently Manufacturing 350,000 parts per month consisting of 200 varieties.About the Company:It is a P.K. Daga Group. The Company started its Manufacturing business in the year 1971 in Faridabad, which is about 15 kms away from South Delhi. The Company is spreaded over 25,000 Sq. Mts. land with approx.175,000 Sq. Ft covered area. Around 500 employees are working in the Company. We have total Engineers around 105 deployed in various departments viz., Production, Planning, Quality Control, Design & Development, etc.,The company started its second Manufacturing plant in Rudrapur in 2007.
