It has had a traditional dry and wet production workshop and an emerging waterborne leather production workshop in the past two years, with a total of 20 production lines.

We have a professional technical research and development team, including 20 dry and wet engineers, all of them are elite technical backbones who have been in the leather field for more than 10 years. They combine traditional artificial leather synthesis technology with modern environmental protection requirements and continue to develop The new products meet the MID-to-high and low-end requirements of independent and mass brands in various fields. Our product categories are relatively comprehensive, covering a wide range of applications, covering footwear, bags, and garment and household products. We mainly produce suede microfiber, PU coated microfiber, microfiber base, nubuck, PU nonwoven lining, stella, heel wipe, spunlace, garment leather, sofa leather, etc.

The factory is equipped with a special laboratory to conduct professional tests on the color fastness, abrasion resistance, tearing, and tensile grade of the products to ensure that the quality of the products meets and exceeds the requirements of customers.

The factory has more than 400 employees. An independent QC team conducts professional and strict control of products from raw materials to finished products, and timely finds and reduces the output rate of defective products. The workshop is equipped with D65 light source to ensure the color of the output products and the original customer. Be as consistent as possible.
