Nanjing Bioserica Era Antibacterial Material Technology Co., Ltd is a Sino foreign joint venture belonging to Tian'an group. It specializes in the production and sales of green antibacterial & antivirus "Bioserica fiber" which is widely used in medical care, home textiles, infant products, sanitary products, medical and auxiliary materials. Adhering to the anti-bacteria concept of "Green Antibacterial Fiber, Additive Free and More Healthy", the company established the "Bioserica Era" enterprise brand, leading a great reform in antibacterial industry. In terms of intellectual property rights, Bioserica Era has applied for 55 patents and 54 registered trademarks. It is a high-tech enterprise supported by Nanjing government.

Bioserica fiber is a purely bio-based antibacterial fiber with PHBV, which is jointly developed by Tian'an group and Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The fiber project is listed in the national high-tech research and development 863 plan, and is a cooperation project between Chinese Academy of Sciences and Ningbo City. The group owns the global core patented technology of PHBV material production, and is the only professional manufacturer of PHBV in the world, which is exclusively produced by Ningbo Bioserica Fiber Co., Ltd, subordinate to Tian'an group.
