We have 800-2500 ton quick forging equipment for producing high quality products of carbon steel and alloy steel, such as S45C, S55C, SCM440, SCM415, CK45, AISI 4140 and SCM439. The diameters are ranging from 150mm to 800mm for round bars and 120-500mm for flat and square steel, with length up to 15m. Our products cover Japanese standard, Chinese standard, German standard, American standard and other standards.
The inside quality can meet ultrasonic testing standards, such as SEP1921-84 C/C, D/D; JIS G 0587 CLASS 2 and Chinese standards.
The surface can be black, heat-treated, rough machined, bright and anti-rust according to customers' requirements.
The technical process of raw material - steel ingot is EF+LF+VD to assure its inside quality, so the forged steel bars made from it will meet UT testing specifications, such as SEP1921-84 C/C, D/D; JIS G 0587 CLASS 2, EN10228 CLASS 2 and others.
