Targeting zero defect management, we communicate regularly with clients during products manufacturing from the beginning to the end to assure all aspects critical to quality are achieved. In case of first articles verification, we do all necessary destructive and nondestructive tests in qualified lab, and we send samples to clients for first article verification on request.

For continual improvement, we work with our clients for corrective and preventive actions based on information of customer needs, complains, competitors benchmark and in-process control findings.

With wide knowledge of diesel engine spares, we also capable to act as a consultant of customers for conducting supplier survey, ISO 9001 audit to supplier, quality plan, drawings/specifications translating, in-process and/or final inspection, material testing etc.
