Our company main areas of interest lies in design, manufacturing and installations of hydrocyclones and manifolded hydrocyclone systems for ore treatment. "New technologies" hydrocyclones are widely used throughout the wet processing applications where classification, desliming, desanding, thickening or dewatering of streams are required. Main functions of Hydrocyclones: 1.Classification and enrichment of finely divided materials in most liquids. 2.Refinement of waste slurry from mechanical dirt, oil products at metallurgical, chemical-recovery enterprises. 3.For thickening mineral deposition before dehydration. Our technology is able to manufacture Hydrocyclons with the diameter of cylindrical part from 100 till 2000 mm. Lining is made from wear resistant rubber( 25-30mm thick) and silicon-carbide which is high wear-and blow- resistant. Our design capabilities make it possible to create molded rubber industrial parts of pipe-systems to replace many metal parts subject to excessive wear. Our pipe-lines show excellent performance in abrasive, corrosion and high and low temperature environment. Our flexible manufacture is ready to satisfy any specific requirements of our customers.
