30 percent of our bags are made by our own factory, and 70 percent are made by our associate factories. We are cooperating with 3 different bag factories for more than 8 years, and we own fifteen percent shares of each factory. Our own factory mainly manufacture 290D material travel bags. One of our associate factories mainly manufacture 600D material bags, another one's main product is 210D material bags, and the 3rd one mainly produce cooler bags. Our associate factories are (located )in Ningbo, Jinhua and Yiwu, each of them has about 80 workers and 60 sewing machines. In order to offer good quality bags, all of our raw material is from Jiangsu and Yiwu. At present, our factories' annual output value is about 10million US dollars. Daily output is around 2 high cube containers. In Ningbo, we established a foreign trade department, now total 20 staff. It includes sales department, purchasing department, merchandising department, design department and comprehensive management department. And in order to meet our clients' demand for different quality standards, we also set up a packing factory so to offer better packing service and meet custom packaging.
