1994-Mr. Shi Junda, founder of Jinyu, leads a group of 150 local residents of Lubu town of Zhejiang province in raising a total of USD 15K to establish a heating coil production workshop.
1996-The company begins production of slow cookers, marking its entry into household appliance manufacturing.
1999-The company signs an agreement with JCS to develop new technology for and begin production of slow cooker.
2003-Jinyu starts to produce roasters.
2004-Jinyu further diversifies its product portfolio to include roaster ovens and kitchen appliances through cooperation with many top international buyers such as Sunbeam, Nesco, Sensio, Hamilton Beach, etc.
2009-Jinyu purchases Xupu Ceramic factory, a big ceramic manufacturer in China, to form an integrated supply chain for its slow cooker production.
2014-Jinyu start specialized production of coffee maker
