Specializing in the manufacturing of steel castings made by lost wax process, lost foam process, shell molding process and machined components, our company is a large-scale professional investment casting foundry with powerful machining capabilities in China. The company integrates precision casting, machining and sheet metal welding, with a total of six factories, four of which are core factories. It can supply over 50, 000 tons of precision castings and various finished cast products annually and the products are mainly exported to Europe, America, Japan and other destinations around the world.

Our company was established in 1993, it covers a total area of about 120, 000 square meters and has about 500 employees. The headquarters is located in the famous industrial town Yinzhou, Ningbo in China. It is very convenient to be reached with an advantageous geographic position; It is located about 40 kilometers away from the Bei-lun Port which is the second biggest port in China, and about 25 kilometers away from the Lishe International Airport. The steel casting base is located in Fenghua, Ningbo, a distance of 20 kilometers away from the Headquarters, the foundry is equipped with several types of energy-saving & environmentally-friendly lost wax, lost foam and shell molding casting production lines including automatic or semi-automatic production lines of key processes: Wax and foam pattern making, shell making with Sodium Silicate and Silica Sol, pouring, heat treatment. In 2024, a new state-of-the-art foundry was established in Xiangshan, Ningbo. It features advanced lost foam casting technology and automated heat treatment production lines. The designed annual capacity of the foundry is 30, 000 tons. The machining factory is located in headquarters and is fully equipped with complete and advanced CNC machining equipment including more than 50 vertical and horizontal machining centers, and more than 80 CNC machines and 80 other machining equipment including three laser cutting machines and flame cutting machines, CNC bending machines, hydraulic presses and welding robots. In 2024, a new machining factory was established in the Fenghua Binhai Development Zone, equipped with more advanced and high-end machining equipment, including Okuma machining centers, gantry machining centers, intelligent painting lines and powder coating lines. The machining factories are fully independent from the casting foundry and have an independent management team and tailored business model to suit. With abundant supply chain management capabilities, in addition to machined precision steel castings, we can also provide customers with precision machined sand casting steel parts, iron castings, forgings, profile machined parts and sheet metal parts. Our company also has a lot of advanced inspection equipment, including Spectrometer, Metallographic Microscope, Tension Tester, Low Temperature Tester, X-ray Tester, MPT, UT, CMM, Video Measurement Machine and so on. With these advanced facilities & instruments, we are able to supply the high quality castings to our customers, and make products meeting comprehensive inspection requirements on chemical composition, mechanical properties, non-destructive testing and high precise dimensional inspections.
