Established in 2004, Ningbo Zycalloy Co., Ltd. is committed to the development and manufacture of high-strength & wear-resistant copper alloy, and has formed various process operations of bar, tube and sectional materials with the annual production capacity of 4,000 tons. We are capable of continuous casting, extruding, drawing, gravity casting, centrifugal casting and other production methods. Our advanced production technologies and complete detection means can provide copper alloy materials with high performance for customers in various industries. We mainly produce naval brass, aluminum bronze, tin bronze, silicon bronze, special brass, silicon brass and leaded tin bronze series under Zycalloy proprietary brands in compliance with European, American & Japanese standards.

We are now learning advanced technologies and management from Europe, the United States, Japan and so on, aiming at improving the degree of automation of production process, and reducing the influence of human factors on quality of the products. At the end of 2012, our company purchased comprehensive plant buildings of 15,000 square meters. In 2013, our company will invest 60 million Yuan to improve technologies, increase production automation and strengthen management, striving to achieve the goal of "lean manufacturing".
