Instructions for use It is prohibited to use flames or tools that may cause sparks to open the calcium carbide bucket. Use copper tools with a copper content of less than 70%. Empty calcium carbide buckets cannot be exposed to open flames or welded directly before they are safely disposed of, otherwise it is very dangerous;
Small calcium carbide and powder poured out of calcium carbide buckets should not be stored casually, but should be disposed of at any time, preferably Pour it into the carbide slag pit and treat it with water;
Prevent moisture or water from intruding into the carbide barrel to prevent deliquescence of calcium carbide.
