1. Mr. R.K Kapoor  As a Managing Director and with an experience of 38 years, has enabled the company to scale new heights in the field of manufacturing. As a Visionary, he launched this company in 1985 to manufacture and market world-class stainless steel products matched to international standards. He is responsible for establishing the vision that guides the development of our products, delivery methodology and reliable quality. He had been involved in a host of activities as a producer, head of the organization, contributor and creator and with a passion for excellence to move NITIN HOME APPLAINCES (P). LTD. to a new level of excellence. His Idea to enter into Railways is his contribution to the companys future endeavors. 2. Mr. Nitin Kapoor Executive Director, who is responsible for the company to be awarded with ISO Certification. With an experience of just 7 years, he has understood the changing and evolving dynamics and globalization in manufacturing sector. He has been working towards TQM and PPM. With his marketing and project management skills he handled a wide range of projects and recently added Integral Coach Factory, Chennai, South Western Railways, Hubli and Southern Railways, Chennai as a clients. He is a good team player and an able leader. Seeing the future of Retail in Stainless steel products, he is involved in major developments which will change the direction of the company and allow to enter into a new era of sophisticated high end stainless steel products for markets. 3. Mr. S.K Kapur  Director Administration, a top management team member who has an experience of 35 years in handling and dealing with various Govt. departments. He undertakes all activities like Sales / Excise Tax and all Bank related work. With his remarkable skills in dealing with people, he is handling liaison with all buyers. 4. Mr. M.C Sharma  Manager Production, A Mechanical Engineer by Qualification and a top management team member with 30 year of experience in production and development of new items with cost effective methods of production. As a Team, we continues to forge ahead because of the professionalism and dedication of our employees and management in bringing out the best quality products in cost effect methods to suit the needs of customers in India and abroad.
