We Obosa Resources group, on behalf of our NNPC allotte end seller and as seller mandate, hereby confirm with full corporate legal responsibility our readiness ability. and capacity to the commodity listed according to the terms and condition listed bellow as we sell both on premium- OPEC. and discount deals for a good business order. and be informed that our discount depends on POD. if buyer prefer premium/ OPEC. deal, we will supply at premium rate and the buyer will be responsible for the payments of commission to the intermediaries on both on buyer and seller side with minimum of $2.00 to each side and $1 to the consultant. and be informed also that the buyer side is free for both deals. MODE OF OPERATION. an official letter of intent accepting our simple procedures and impute in the LOI. address to the OBOSA Resources group the seller and allotte mandate from end buyer along with with the end buyer bank official letter confirming buyer has money/ funds to pay for products. this will generate from seller full corporate with proof of product ( POF ) authority to sell & ( ATS ) NNPC Confirmation letter and the draft contract. agreement (SPA) buyer confirm proof of POP. after satisfactory confirmation. buyer sign contract and buyer bank send POF directly to seller bank.
