Business Description
We are an authorized distributor of several manufacturers and brands of Motor Oils, Hydraulic Oils, Diesel Fuels & Additives, Transmission Fluids, Kerosene/Paraffin, Brake Fluid & other Petrochemicals, Charcoal etc... We distribute for the largest blender and packager of private label oil in North America. Our manufacturers hold the distinctions of having the largest number of American Petroleum Institute engine oil licenses and certifications. Our manufacturers blend and package lubricants under several proprietary registered trademarks; e.g., Warren, Lubriguard, Autoguard, Itasca, Coastal, LubriGold and Saxon. Additionally, our manufacturers package automotive, truck and small engine lubricants for several large corporations such as Shell Oil and Valvoline.
All Products are certified with the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and American Petroleum Institute(API). Our manufacturer is ISO 9001 Certified.

Our shipping terms are EXW - Ex Works Factory from Dunn, NC 29334 and San Antonio, TX 78210. We ship direct with (Containerized Freight & Bulk Oil Tanks) via the Ports of Wilmington, NC, Charleston, SC, and Houston, TX respectively.
Our Payment terms are L/C or DLC.
We can quote CIF Price but payment is made before loading. On Bulk Diesel, Bulk Oil, Large Shipments an L/C from top multinational bank and 2% PB is required to lock in pricing. Otherwise pricing will be determined on day loading.
