OLIVETICA is a Greek based company that is active in the olive oil trading.
We deal with olive oil, sunflower oil, table olives, in accordance with ISO 22000:2018 and ISO 9001:2015.
The company�¢??s product range also includes various types of organic vinegar, balsamic vinegar, balsamic cream, dressings.
All our products are offered in different packaging and sizes depending on the customer�¢??s order, glass or tin and bags for larger quantities aiming in the HO.RE.CA. section as well.
Private label is also available according to customer's request.
The products are certified in quality/acidity/organic by certified labs.
PRODUCTS
EVOO ORGANIC
Produced directly from organic olives, exclusively by mechanical methods without further processing, producing an olive oil with very low acidity.
EARLY HARVEST
Extra virgin olive oil with an exceptionally low acidity harvested in early Autumn because green olives can be higher in polyphenols.
Because of the higher polyphenols and antioxidants, early harvest oils often have a longer shelf life.
VIRGIN OLIVE OIL VOO
Virgin olive oil obtained by only mild physical methods, i.e., crushing, extraction, and centrifugation with acidity ranging between 0.8%�¢??1.5%.
FLAVOURED OLIVE OIL
Infused olive oil, that has taken on the flavors of another ingredient: rosemary, thyme, oregano, garlic, basil, orange, lemon, truffle, chili peppers.
