Orenburg Asbest

JSC Orenburg asbest is highly mechanized mountain-concentrating enterprise equipped with the modern equipment. The enterprise structure includes 11 structural divisions: mine enterprise, concentrating factory, automobile transport agency and others. The industrial complex works on the basis of the richest Bazhenovskoye deposit, the reconnoitered which stocks will suffice more than for hundred fifty years. The deposit is developed in the open way. It is annually extracted more than 50 million tons of mountain weight. 64 dredges are involved in quarry with capacity of a ladle from 5 to 12.5 cubic m, 11 chisel machine tools, 43 electric locomotives, 48 cars of mark BelAZ load-carrying capacity from 30 to 130 tons. Extent of an open-cast mine 11.5 km, width more than 1.8 km, depth make of 330 m. Extent of tracks of 310 km. The total area occupied with mountain works, makes 90 sq. km.Concentrating factory is highly mechanized and automated enterprise with difficult technological schemes, with a diverse complex of buildings, constructions, vehicles, communications. The total area makes 146 hectares. At factory it is established more than 6000 units of the basic, technological and transport equipment. Integrated system of quality management and ecology is introduced and works at the industrial complex . The industrial complex has received the international certificates ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
