Orientod is an enterprise dedicated to the development and manufacture of environment-friendly high-temperature insulating materials for high voltage motors and transformers. Its main products include core plate varnish, corona-proof varnish, rapid-curing insulating varnish, solventless impregnating varnish, and laminated wave sheet, glass fiber reinforced mechanical parts etc.. Our core team consists of some excellent graduates of Tsinghua University and Jiaotong University during 1980s and 1990s. They were well educated in various specialties, and have participated in the research and production of several large water/steam turbine generators, high-voltage motors, and dry-insulation transformers. They have gained valuable experiences on the formularization, solidification, and mold curing procedure of insulating resin (varnish and compound) and laminated sheet (molded laminated products). Those processing procedures and the quality assurance system enhance the competitiveness of our two sorts of insulating materials in the market. As early as 2001, Orientod invested in Sichuan, China on the land, machines, and equipment and established the production base with sufficient facilities. It has been certified by the ISO9001 quality assurance system. In the past 10 years, our insulating materials have been applied to the machines and equipment manufactured by the enterprises below.
