Orlando Nieves, President and legally blind invented the Neckshield. It is patent in Washington DC, an accessory for the safety helmets in which has two purposes, the first purpose would be complementing the missing camouflage around the neck area. The Second purpose would be protection of the diverse inclemency of time in different places, atmospheres and temperatures and for all of this the Neckshield was created. It protects from insects, inclement sun and of high temperatures that can cause infections and burns to the skin and/or Cancer. It also protects against dust and sand that the wind drags along. And if we refer to the cases that are exposed to lower temperatures in exteriors or to the outdoors. The Neckshield protects by giving coverage and heat in areas like the face, neck and ears.
