Board of Directors approves the Corporation&＃039;s strategic plan, including shorter-term objectives, on an annual basis and, together with the Corporation&＃039;s executive officers, continually reviews the strategic plan and monitors the Corporation&＃039;s progress towards achievement of its objectives.
