Hospitality is at the core of our business and we have supplied a number of well-known operators and properties around the globe. We directly employ hotel procurement specialists for the day to day operations of the company.

Procure It Direct is different to a standard Procurement Agent. We take advice from the relevant leading party i.e. Owning Company, Project Manager, Design Team and/or Operator on quantities and specifications of the FF&E / OS&E. We then source alternative suppliers on an "equal or approved" basis.

The vast majority of our supply network is based in Asia, predominantly China, where we have our regional office based in Guangzhou.

Quality levels are monitored by the PID team who also oversee the management of logistics to fall in line with the Master Programme and scheduling. Procure It Direct also take full Contractual Responsibility on Delivery, Time and Quality. International Warranties are offered as a minimum.

On the cost aspects, we usually generate savings of between 30 to 40% and in some cases, more. We earn our profit and overhead recovery by either providing Fixed Price Quotations or via an agreed Open Book percentage. We ask for staged payments from Ownership (again, agreed as part of contract negotiations) and then we "procure directly" on their behalf . The only invoice / supply chain the Client has to concern themselves with is between client and Procure It Direct, we organise the rest.

In order for us to provide accurate prices, we would require Bill of Quantities; detailed Interior Design drawings; Specifications; Cut Sheets and Brand Standards. In addition to the Hotel sector, we operate in the following arenas:
