Dear Sir/Madam Investor and Arranger.

We are traders and suppliers of wood pellets, a raw material for paper and alternative fuels to save the planet.

We are currently seeking investors and/or buyers to collaborate in expanding our business by establishing a wood pellet factory and red calliandra plantation in West Java, Indonesia.

Therefore, we are offering a profit-sharing partnership as follows ( can be adjusted to needs and availability of funds ) :

1. The investor funding requirement is IDR 160,000,000,000 (one hundred and sixty billion rupiah), with no upfront costs.

2. Investor funds will be returned in installments, starting in the third year (with a two-year grace period) and paid in full in the fourth year.

3. Interested investors can purchase a maximum of 6,000 tons ( Can be improved ) of wood pellets per month at a fixed factory price of IDR 1,200/kg for eight years.

4. Investors receive a 50% profit share, the manager receives 40% over the life of the partnership and arranger 10 %. approximately 200% of the investor's funds. All details can be found in the attached Cash Flow Statement.

This partnership is secured by a 50% shareholding in PT. VBS, pursuant to a 10-year profit-sharing agreement (including a 2-year grace period).

Our wood pellet product details are as follows:

- Volume 6,000 tons per month ( Can be improved ).

- Officially certified.

- Diameter: 6–8 mm.

- Moisture content: <10%.

- Calories: 4,000–6,000 kcal/kg.

- Ash: <2%.

- Raw material: sustainable red calliandra plantation wood.

- Origin: West Java, Indonesia.

- Factory price: IDR 1,200/kg ( ex work ).

We expect direct communication once the negotiation process is complete and the contract is ready to be signed, as our decisions are made based on collective decisions within the company.
