Petroleum Transaction Inc. (PTI) is a corporation duly register in the Laws of the Philippines. We are a subsidary company of International Alliance Resources LLc. (IAR) , business address located at Maimi, Florida, USA. We are in the Oil Business for Asian Region. Our parent company IAR, have 30 years of experience in the Oil Business. Iar started with Petrobras in 1975 and became an independent Trader in 1978, in England. Iar created a Joint Venture with the group "Defrol" in partnership between "Total" (France) and Mannesmann (Germany) . Thereafter, IAR established the group "Western Hemisphere Petroleum" and "SidiOil", which services reached the position of being among the ten largest Oil Traders in the world at that time. During the last 20 years IAR have signed very large contracts with Russia, as well as becoming the largest independent Oil Trader in Nigeria from 1982-1984. Presently, IAR owns a large concession in Russia and has ongoing operations in Venezuela, Brazil and Philippines. Listed below are various large institutions and Pertroleum Companies that have been affilated with during the last 30 years. Atlantic Richfield (Acro) : In the year 1983-1984 IAR completed Trade of one and half billion dollar with Mr. Bill Ariano. Occidental Petroleum: IAR was introduced by them to Russia in 1978 through Mr. Armand Hammer. Iar have done more than 4 billion dollars in business over the years buying and selling Oil through Mr. Jim Hellicker and Bob Wood, president of Occidental Petroleum. Nigeria National Petroleum: IAR was the biggest independent Oil Trader with Nigeria National Petroleum witha volume that exceeded two hundred thousand barrels per day during 1982-1984. Pertamina, Indonesia: IAR did seventy thousand barrels per day for a period of several years in the late 1980's with Pertamina. Phillip Brothers: IAR did about one hundred thousand barrels a day in trading with Phillip Brothers over a period of many years from 1985 to 1990. SOMO in Iraq: IAR did one hundred and fifty thousand barrels a day with SOMO, before the 1991 War begun. Romania: IAR leased the refinery facility of PetroBrasi for one and a haf years, processing crude and supplying Petroleum products to Yugoslavia, reaching position of sole supplier in 1989. Currently, IAR has a large allocation of D-2 and M-100 from one of the 3 major Russian suppliers, through its Refinery facilities on the Pacific Coast of Russia. The allocation in US Dollar terms is: M-100-US $2. 4 Billion and D-2-US $6. 6 Billion.
