Pickle Creek Canning Co. is the original old-fashioned Gourmet canning company based in East Texas, USA. We specialize in gourmet and specialty hand-packed "canned goods" from traditional preserves and fruit butters to pickles and pickled vegetables, relishes, salsas, sauces & dips, stuffed olives, and syrups. Spanning 3 generations, we began nearly four decades ago on a black cast iron 4-burner stove in a farmhouse kitchen, where a mother-daughter team began cooking homestyle canned goods using produce from the family orchard and surrounding farms. Today, while we still have that 4-burner stove on display, Pickle Creek Canning Co. has evolved into a modern manufacturing facility. All products are still produced, by hand, using farm-fresh ingredients, original family recipes, and old-fashioned canning methods.
