As the owner of an automotive component manufacturer for five years supplying cylinder heads to the Australian market and exporting to 8 countries, Alan Hadfield set up this new Company, to manufacture cylinder heads for the aftermarket to fill an international shortage that has existed for many years.

Part of ppe heads future lies in its ability to manufacture new aftermarket cylinder heads and has recently produced the first aftermarket cylinder heads for Bio-Gas and natural Gas heads for the Worldwide Genset market, which presently stands at US$12 billion per year demand which is reported to increase to US$23.2 billion by 2020. Hence ppe heads is poised to be at the front of this massive expansion.

ppeheads has entered into and developed aftermarket cylinder heads for diesel locomotives, a market previously only supplied by Original Engine Manufacturers (OEM) and as such has been accepted by two of the major locomotive rebuilders in Europe, one of which being the largest in the United Kingdom, again ppeheads is well positioned to become worldwide market leaders in the supply of these heads.

This has been confirmed by numerous requests at international exhibitions in Germany, Dubai and France and from numerous existing customers worldwide.

Pinetown Precision Engineering (Australia) Pty Limited is committed and dedicated to manufacture cylinders heads which are as good, if not better, than existing original (OE) manufacturers and suppliers and to increase the range over the next few years, based on demand and marker research.
