Piping Supplies Inc. is the premium Carbon and Alloy Pipe Flange manufacturer on the East Coast for over 50 years.  PSI has been manufacturing pipe flanges at its present five acre location for over 25 yrs. Our flanges are manufactured using only high quality forgings on computerized mills run with Mastercam and 100% inspected prior to shipment.  PSI is on the Approved Vendor List for Newport News Shipbuilding.  Our flange line consists of Weld Neck, Socket Weld, Blind, Slip On, Lap Joint, Threaded, Reducing Flanges and Orifice sets complete or incomplete.  Flanges are supplied ranging in sizes from ? to 36? and from pressure rating 150# thru 2500# Commercial B16.5 and 150# and 250# navy supplied with either Raised Face, Flat Face, RTJ or O-ring grooved.  Weld Neck and Socket Weld flanges are stocked with bore sizes ranging from S/10 thru S/160.  PSI carries a full line of navy flanges to navy and MIL specifications for example MIL-F-20670, MIL-F-20040, NAVSEA 810-4715319, MIL-F-18180, COM and NSO as well as Comm?l specification B16.5 and metric DIN flanges.   PSI can supply flanges in A105 and A350 LF2 and LF3 Carbon Steel, F-11 and F-22 CroMolly, 304/L, 316/L, 321, 347 and Duplex Stainless Steel, 5086 and 6061 Aluminum, 90/10 and 70/30 CuNi, Monel 400, Inconel 600, Titanium, Bronze as well as other specialty alloy materials upon request.   Because of our extensive finished and forging inventory we offer quick turn around on most orders.  Also, PSI can manufacture per your specific requirement for custom flange orders.   See our website, pipingsuppliesinc.com, for a few pictures of our stock and machining capabilities.
