PoP Filters s.r.l.

PoP Filters Srl saw the light in the current corporate form in the year 2002 as a natural evolution of the PoP Filters Sole Trader founded in the year 2000. With the beginning of its activity in 2002, PoP Filters Srl begun manufacturing an absolutely new product: the paper filter tip for Slim size and Regular size rolling papers used to help building a hand-made cigarette and to space out tobacco from the smoker's lips. Versatile and original, the high-quality paper booklets hit it big among Italian smokers getting an important share of the national smoking accessory market. Its selling trend has been constantly growing since that time, so much so that it is currently manufactured in more than 4 million pieces per year.
Following the tracks of the big success obtained by this first article, Pop Filters catalogue was soon incremented with many other products belonging to the world of MYO and RYO departments: Slim size and Standard size rolling paper booklets, Tubes, tubes filling machines and acetate filter tips packed both in plastic bags and in cardboard boxes. Last but not least in this line of products came the special collection of CLASSE ITALIANA decorated lighters, of highly classy design, and a patented item, the Double PoP metal lighter holder, to be used as an incense burner as well as a metallic holder to display collectible lighters. Following a growing trend pointing to the hand-made cigarette as the only alternative for smokers to fight the high price of traditional cigarettes, PoP Filters started manufacturing smooth acetate filter tips to be used with both Slim size and Regular size rolling papers. These new tips are sold in different packaging versions: bags of 120 pieces diameter 6/8mm, Easy Box of 150 filter tips diameter 6mm and Filter Box, a combi-packet containing 120 filter tips diameter 6mm and 1 Regular size rolling paper booklet.
Confirming its good intuition about a constant growing of the hand-made cigarette market, PoP Filters started manufacturing its own cigarette Tubes. Contained in boxes of 200 or 250 pieces, high quality PoP Tubes are sided by 2 different models of Tube-filling machine: the easy-to-use Classic machine and the Selecta machine, an advanced model studied to "fill the Tube to the bottom". Together with the creation of new patented items, PoP Filters never stopped improving and advancing its own classic best-sellers. Among these, a special mentioning must be reserved to Eco paper Filter Tip booklets. Born as an evolution of the Classic paper filter tip booklet, market leader since its very first appearance, Eco paper filter tip booklets are produced using only 100% recycled paper and are especially dedicated to all eco-aware smokers. With Environmental Awareness and Nature Care feelings quickly spreading worldwide, PoP Filters decided that the time had come to introduce on the market a new tool born to become a must-have for any eco-aware smoker: Memo, the revolutionary Pocket Ashtray designed by PoP Filters. Based on a new patented system, the special L-shaped hook built-in in the ashtray body will allow smokers to attach it to their cigarette packet, making it finally possible to keep these two products always together. The ashtray drawer can be removed, rotated and inserted back inside its container with the opening mouth turned on any side, a highly innovative solution making it the ideal tool to be used in any situation. Memo is composed of 2 Aluminum parts and is 100% recyclable. Eco-friendly, easy-to-use, customizable, Memo Pocket Ashtray is the ultimate tool for all smokers who are aware of the importance of keeping the world clean. PoP Filters is always very happy to collaborate with any foreign Company willing to help us make the excellent quality of our products known worldwide, as well as to meet the peculiar exigencies of any Company wishing to have these products manufactured under its own brand name.
