Our factory is located in Siqiao Development Zone of Shuangshui Town in Xinhui, Jiangmen, which is on the side of highroad from Huicheng to Shuangshui Town, with convenient Transportation. Our factory prepared to construct at the end of 1996, and put into production on May of 1997. The main products are high strength standard and non-standard screws. It covers an area of 4, 330 square meters. There are 130 employees, including 4 senior engineers, 10 professional senior technicians, and a group of skilled workers for standard screw production. There are more than 80 units of equipment in our factory, including: 1 fully automatic multi-stage cold header(cold upsetting and thread rolling), 30 double-stroke automatic cold headers, 20 automatic thread rolling machines, 40 lathes, 6 screw tail milling machines, and drill presses, punches, automatic tapping machines, manual thread rolling machines, etc. We produce various specifications of standard and non-standard screws, ranging from M3 to M26. Production capacity reaches 2, 000 tons per year. Products are supplied to many famous manufacturers, like China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd.;HYUNDAI Merchant Marine Co., Ltd.; Maersk Container Industri Dongguan Ltd.; Taishan Guanrong, Taishan Guanli Hardware Products Co., Ltd.; Evergreen Marine Corp. (Taiwan) Ltd.; Nanhai Feiyue Die Casting Manufacturing Co., Ltd.; Xinhui Jindafeng Automatization Co., Ltd . All the above mentioned manufacturers have got the Certificate of ISO Quality System, or have been in the process of application. All their products are exported to foreign countries. They do auditing of our management based on the standard of ISO for subcontract factories; we got the certificate of ISO9001:2000 Standard Quality System, and all operations are carried out based on the ISO Quality Control Process.
