We, Qilu Special Steel Co.,Ltd., established in 1986, are a state-owned professional manufacturer, producing round bars of alloy steels with different grades. It is the certification holder of ISO9001ï¼?2000 through international quality management system and China Classification Society. Our company covers 450,000 square meters, having a perfect Physico-chemical Detection System and a complete technique system of smelting, casting, forging, precise processing. Our main production facilities are two 30-ton ultra-high-power electric furnaces, one 30-ton LF fining furnace and one 30-ton VD fining furnace, four 1-10 ton electroslag furnaces, three 5-ton electro-hydraulic hammers, one 8MN fast forging machine, one 16MN fast forging machine and one 45MN (2008 operation) fast forging machine. The test equipments mainly include large Direct Reading spectrograph made in Switzerland, flaw detector and other equipments. Nowadays, We mainly manufacture raw material round bars and square bars of alloy steel with more than 300 grades, which are in accordance with AISI, SAE, ASTM, and DIN standards. We can also produce the round bars of specific alloy steel according to the customerâ??s particular chemical composition. Our main size is from ÃŽ¦80mm to ÃŽ¦600mm, and the single weight can be more than 10 tons. With more than 20 years developments, now we have the production capacity of 200,000 tons round bars, and our products have been exported to US, UK, Germany, France, Russia, Japan and more than 20 countries and regions.
