We have 5 brake pads production lines, and the production capacity is 4 million sets per year. With Ceramic, Semi-metallic, Low-metallic formulations, our products can meet customers' different needs. We have testing equipments, such as DYNO testing, NVH noise lab, heat-swell compressing testing, shear testing and Chase testing. We could carry out JASO, AK-Master and LACT simulated testings, also the FMVSS 135 , 105 standard testing. Gihon has perfect quality-assured system, with the ERP managing, we have passed the TS 16949 systems.
