We supply brackets, trailer, towing components, wear parts and welded sub-assemblies used in snow removal, agricultural attachments, landscaping equipment and municipal, special purpose vehicles. We turn drawings into repeatable production by combining laser cutting, blanking, stamping, press-brake forming, CNC turning, milling, and both robotic and manual welding.  

Typical deliverables include mounting brackets, hitch mount brackets, structural connectors, thick-plate gussets, subframe modules, and machined pins, bushings integrated into welded assemblies. Materials range from carbon steel and stainless steel to high-strength or wear-resistant grades when required. For repeat orders, we build dedicated fixtures and control fit-up before welding. Key characteristics such as hole position, flatness and interface points are checked in-process and at final inspection.  

For outdoor service, we support corrosion protection including E-coating + powder coating (widely used for black outdoor parts), powder coating, galvanizing, zinc plating and passivation as specified. Inspection records, material certificates and coating specifications can be provided upon request.
