Qingdao Yangtse River Group, incorporated in 1992, manufactures, designs, markets and distributes fabric, men's and women's apparel and accessories. Qingdao Yangtse River Group is composed of 6 subsidiaries including: JCJ Penglai Spinning and Weaving Co., Ltd.; JCJ Gaoqing Textile & Cotton Processing Co., Lt., Shanghai Huajing Textile & Printing Co., Qingdao White Collar Fashions Inc.; Qingdao Golden Dragon Trade & Industry Inc. Gaoqing Jinhua Tianheyuan Spring Inc.. Qingdao Yangtse River Group employs over 2000 workers and 700 engineers and technicians. The group has registered capital of $17 million and fixed assets of $12 million. Its exports generate approximately $16.3 million annually. The subsidiaries of Qingdao Group is designed to form a fabric and apparel production and distribution line. This includes cotton procurement, cotton grinding, oil pressing, spinning, weaving and clothing designing and distribution.
