xxxxx, which is a subsidiary of QualityLamps B.V. We are based in the Netherlands, but since our target customer base is all of Europe, our website is accessible in 5 major European languages. April this year we also participated at the Light + Building Fair in Frankfurt in Hall 4.1 stand K19. Our main objective is bringing the newest and best LED products to the Business to Business (B2B) in Europe, but we also engage in business to consumer transactions. In addition to featuring NEW products on our website, we maintain a database of more then 200.000 journalists throughout Europe, to whom we send press releases about special products and applications. We select specific media outlets and publications, depending on the product we are promoting, to most effectively match the product to the appropriate interest group. To distribute YOUR products via xxxxx, we do not require exclusivity, but we do request that our prices not be undercut by other distributors.
