Quden is a manufacturer and packager of Private Label Brand Dental Floss. In the production of our Dental Floss, we use two types of materials, Nylon and Zaelon(TM).Our Nylon Dental Floss products are made with high quality multi-filament yarns, which are sourced in North America. The nylon yarns are transformed to Dental Floss and packaged to our clients&＃39; specifications.The other material, Zaelon(TM), is used for the production of our Zaelon(TM)Premium Dental Floss(R) products. Zaelon(TM) is a patented polymer tape with a unique nano-structure that was engineered to be strong yet ultra-thin, absolutely non-shredding and comfortable to hold.Our Zaelon(TM) polymer tape is made with ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), a polymer known for its superior abarasion resistance and its use in the fabrication of orthopedic implants.Zaelon(TM) Premium Dental Floss(R) is NOT A PTFE product. We do not use perfluorochemicals (PFC) in our production process. Certain PFCs and specificaly Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA), which is used to make some PTFE products, has recently come under review by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). PFOA was found at very low levels in the environment and in the blood of the general US population, and according to studies, PFOA can cause developmental and other adverse effects in laboratory animals.
