Mr. Chen Zhao-wu, the board chairman and CTO, was a professor of the electronic engineering department in the well known Beijing Tsing-hua University. Mr. Chen devotes all his time and energy in the study and the development of RF and microwave technology, and has exceptional breadth of knowledge in the field. Mr. Liu Ning, the CEO and the lead engineer, has a PhD in electronic engineering from the Illinois State University. After two years of post doctoral studies, Mr. Liu moved back to China and was involved with the R&D of several important RF transmitter projects and worked as the lead engineer. With his solid theoretical knowledge and genuine aptitude in scientific studies, Mr. Liu oversees all design and production works in RFA Tech.
