RICHARD

Most suppliers in the coffee sector use FOB or CIF terms to manage shipping and risk, but RICHARD offers EXW — meaning the buyer handles everything from pickup to export. This shifts responsibility and cost to the buyer, which can be risky if the supplier doesn't have a clear, reliable pickup process. While the account email and phone are verified, the work email and business documents are not — this raises concerns about legitimacy and ability to respond to urgent requests. Buyers in the UAE, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Oman may find this setup less convenient than suppliers with full verification and standard trade terms. Without a verified work email or documents, it's harder to confirm the supplier's real operations or track orders. RICHARD's focus on roasted coffee beans is clear, but the lack of documentation and verification makes due diligence essential before placing any large orders.
