Wood quality:- we use only seasoned and chemically treated wood for our productions. Other species like sheehsam,mango, acasia, & 100% teak can also be used as per buyers' choice. Seasoning & treatment:- wooden logs, beams and planks are treated with copper chrome arsenate in a high pressure chamber. Afterwards, they are seasoned & kiln dried (10 days duration) to ensure moisture level between 8-12% , depending on thickness of board. Packaging:- it is sturdy, foolproof, sea-worthy and 100% waterproof. Our buyers in different continents world-wide are fully satisfied with packaging. An item is covered by 150 GSM corrugated sheet, followed by poly-urethane foam. Third layer is air-bubble sheet. Corners are especially protected by additional corners (25 mm thickness) to ensure damage free transportation. Then it is securely put in 7 ply carton. Now a package is ready for stuffing into container. Price list:- as mentioned in catalogues-F.O.B. Bombay / mundra port, kandla, inclusive of normal export packing. Separate price list is not available. Quality:- as per ISO 9001: 2000. Min. Quantity:- 1 x 20' container (5-6 pieces / each item) . Payment:- 40% advance, balance on D / P, or L/ C at sight. We accept US dollar, gbp, euro. Sample: a) can be sent by courier for approval, against payment, b) can be inspected in our factory, c) can be supplied under trial order 1x20' cntr, d) normally samples are approved by catalogue. Delivery: 45 days from receipt of confirmed order. (shipment / transportation time is not included) . Transportation: we arrange up to the port of destination (shipment / freight to be paid by the buyer) .
