The company covers an area of about 160,000 m2,and present workshop area is 60,000 m2. The total workshop area will reach 110,000 m2 in 2016. Raymond has Praxair supersonic spraying equipment directly imported from American, patented ball polishing equipment and owns 188 metal processing and cutting equipments, including various advanced horizontal and vertical machining center, CNC machine tools, large vertical lathe and horizontal boring machining, automatic submerged arc welding machine, gas shielded welding machine, etc; advanced physical and chemical testing, NDT, spectral analysis, mechanical properties testing, ultrasonic hardness testing, ultrasonic thickness measuring, heat treatment equipments; advanced devices and equipments for valve comprehensive performance testing, valve torque and life test.
