Business Description
Welcome to Real Estate School Made Easy, LLC We have chosen our name because we explain everything you need to know to pass the 63 Hour Sales Associate Pre-Licensing course and the Florida State Exam. We teach from the Dearborn Series of books and explain from experience. This course covers all the topics that are tested on the State License Exam.
Our 63 Hour Sales Associate Pre-Licensing class tuition is priced below its value, not because it is not well worth it, but because we want everyone to be able to afford to come to class. You need to understand the concept of Real Estate instead of just memorizing questions and answers. Hello my name is James (Jim) Perkins, Department of Business and Professional Regulation approved and Permitted Real Estate Instructor and Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida, as well as an active real estate investor. I know Real Estate, I am not a paid actor here just to entertain you. I have made a very good living just collecting rent from my real estate holdings, and doing slow flips. I teach because I have a passion for real estate and I will share lots of ideas to help you succeed even if you do not attend the Real Estate Accelerator Course or ever sell a property. Five minutes before each class starts I explain ways for you to make extra money or save your clients extra money.
