Riche UK Mining, part of the Riche UK Group and Hong Kong listed Parkview Group. The group is first established in the 1950&＃039;s in Taiwan, as the Chyau Fwu Group, built its reputation through large scale government infrastructure projects such as construction of airports, dams, railways and educational institutions. Later on, the Group grew into development and investment of residential and commercial properties. In the early 1980&＃039;s, as a strategic move for its international ambition, the Group relocated its headquarters to Hong Kong, starting expansion in Asia and Europe. As a milestone, in the late 1980&＃039;s, the Group pioneered the luxury serviced apartment concept with the development of Hong Kong Parkview. Aside from Property, the Group also ventured into various growth industries such as Energy, Logistics, Trading, Hospitality, etc. In the early 1990&＃039;s, the Group listed its subsidiary Hong Kong Parkview Group Limited on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It was from the early 1990&＃039;s the Group began to tap into the Mainland China market. By today, the Group has significantly built its presence in many Mainland cities and been active in property development & investment and other growth sectors in China.
