The 3 bases cover 15000 square meters with closed-loop production management. Extrusion lines(15m/min, 2500 tons)produce high-precision profiles. The powder coating line(0.01mm accuracy)uses eco-friendly coatings; The anodizing line forms a 5μm-25μm oxide film for better hardness and corrosion resistance. We select 99.7% high-purity aluminium ingots with strict whole-process quality control, our 80000-ton capacity meeting bulk orders and small-batch customization for stable supply.

We customize various profiles as a one-stop procurement partner. Curtain wall/structural profiles have high strength and thermal insulation; Door/window profiles(55/60/70/80 series)feature precise dimensions and excellent air/water tightness. Light corrosion-resistant profiles for decoration&furniture support multiple surface processes; Outdoor profiles have super corrosion/UV resistance for protection and decoration.
